How to Use Your Jar Opener (cont.)
5. After lid is opened, press Release Lid Button. Jar opener
stops rotating when Release Lid Button is pressed and
will automatically shut off when arms reach the outermost
position. Lift the jar opener off the jar. DO NOT attempt to
take it off the jar while still operating.
NOTES:
• DO NOT use with plastic jars.
Jar opener is intended only
for glass jars with screw-top lids.
• Jar opener will open jars with lid sizes between 1 and
4 inches in diameter.
• Be sure outer arms of jar opener fit securely on jar to
prevent slipping.
• The jar opener will turn off automatically when the arms
reach the outermost or innermost position.
• For more compact storage, press Open Jar Button to reset
arms to the innermost position.
• If the jar opener stops with arms in
outermost position, but inner arms are
perpendicular to the jar opener, rotate inner
arms manually into position.
