Cleaning
1. Wipe surfaces with a clean, damp, soft cloth. DO NOT
immerse in water. If necessary, use a mild nonabrasive
cleanser.

• Check to make sure batteries are in
correct position.
• Batteries are weak or dead and need
to be replaced.
Troubleshooting

slip on lid of a
refrigerated/
cold jar.

slip on jar.
• The lid is damp with condensation.
Wipe lid clean and dry.
• Jar opener is not level on jar. Wipe jar
clean and dry.
• Shape of the jar may be tapered. Rest
hand firmly on top of jar opener to
prevent slipping.
