• Mineral deposits from water and food. Use recommended cleaning agents.

5. Pitting or flaking.
• Remove sugary boilovers promptly. See page 9.
A fan sound can be heard. • This is the cooling fan and is normal. The fan will run when any element is
turned on. With heavy use, the fan may continue to run after the controls are
turned off until the cooktop has cooled.
