● When defrosting food in plastic non - microwaveable containers , only defrost
until the food can be removed from the plastic and placed in a microwave-
safe dish.
● Maximum defrosting time is 45minutes.
PROGRAM COOKING
The oven can be set to do a three-step program.
It could for example, defrost, then microwave an item and finish off with
convection cooking as follows:
Example: Turn the TIME MENU dial until
“08” and CODE are displayed.
● Press the ADJ. Button. Then turn the TIME MENU to select the required
defrost time.
Example: defrosting time set at
50 seconds.
● Press the MICROWAVE button to set the power level required.
● Turn the TIME MENU to select the required cooking time.
Example: Microwave set to 70%
power for 1 minute.
