Troubleshooting Problems
If your Hand Blender should
malfunction or fail to operate, please
check the following:
1. Is the Hand Blender plugged in?
2. Is the fuse in the circuit to the Hand
Blender in working order? If you have a
circuit breaker box, be sure the circuit
is closed.
3. Turn Hand Blender off for
10-15 seconds, then turn Hand Blender
back on.
Electrical Requirements
The voltage and amperage rating for your
blender is located on the serial plate. The
maximum rating is based on the
attachment that draws the greatest load.
Other recommended attachments may
draw significantly less current.
Extension cords are available and may
be used if special care is exercised in
their use.
If a long extension cord is used:
• The marked electrical rating of the
extension cord should be at least
as great as the electrical rating of the
appliance.
• The cord should be arranged so it will
not drape over the countertop or
tabletop where it can be pulled by
children or tripped over unintentionally.
