FROMANYACTSOROMISSIONS,TORT,OROTHERWISE.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.Youmayhaveotherrightswhichmayvary
fromprovincetoprovincedependingonapplicableprovinciallaws.Anytermofthiswarrantythatnegatesorvariesanyimpliedconditionorwarranty
underprovinciallawisseverablewhereitconflictswithprovinciallawwithoutaffectingtheremainderofthiswarranty'sterms.

1. Servicetripsto deliver,pickup,or installtheproduct;instructingacustomeron
operationoftheproduct;repairor replacementoffusesorcorrectionofwiringor
plumbing,or correctionofunauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureoftheproducttoperformduringpowerfailuresandinterruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedbyleakyor brokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductina corrosiveatmosphereor
contrarytotheinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. DamagetotheProductcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsofGod.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceofthe Product.Improperrepairincludesuseofpartsnotapproved
orspecifiedby LGCanada.
7. Damageorproductfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthanitsintendedpurpose,orresultingfromanywaterleakagedue
toimproperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,oruseofaccessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLGCanada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishofyourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandisreportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10.Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11.Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,orcannot
bereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginalretailsales
receipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12.increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13.Replacementoflightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14.RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthannormalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesor recreational
facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15.Costsassociatedwithremovalofthe Productfromyourhomefor repairs.
16.Theremovaland reinstallationofthe Productifit isinstalledinaninaccessible
locationorisnotinstalledin accordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17.Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriestotheProduct.Also
excludedarepartsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
