WARRANTY: Should your LG Refrigerator ("Product") fail due to a defect in materialor workmanship under normal home use during the
warranty period set forth below, LG Canada will at its option repair or replace the Product upon receiptof proof of original retail purchase.
This warranty is valid onlyto the original retail purchaser of the product and applies only to a Product distributed in Canada by LG Canada or
an authorized Canadian distributor thereof. The warrantyonly applies to Products located and used within Canada.

DAMAGE,WHETHERARISINGDIRECTLYOR INDIRECTLYFROMANYCONTRACTUALBREACH,FUNDAMENTALOROTHERWISE,OR
FROMANYACTSOR OMISSIONS,TORT,OR OTHERWISE.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.Youmayhaveotherrightswhichmayvary
fromprovinceto provincedependingon applicableprovinciallaws.Anytermofthiswarrantythatnegatesor variesanyimpliedconditionorwarranty
underprovinciallawis severablewhereitconflictswithprovinciallawwithoutaffectingtheremainderofthiswarranty'sterms.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Servicetripstodeliver,pickup,or installthe product;instructinga customeron
operationoftheproduct;repairor replacementoffusesor correctionof wiringor
plumbing,orcorrectionof unauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureoftheproducttoperformduringpowerfailuresandinterruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedby leakyorbrokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. Damageresultingfromoperatingthe Productina corrosiveatmosphereor
contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. DamagetotheProductcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsof God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceofthe Product.Improperrepairincludesuseof partsnotapproved
or specifiedby LGCanada.
7. Damageor productfailurecausedby unauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthan itsintendedpurpose,or resultingfromanywaterleakagedue
to improperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,oruseof accessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatarenotapprovedbyLGCanada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishofyourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsor workmanshipand is reportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10. Damageormissingitemsto anydisplay,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11. Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthat havebeenremoved,altered,or
cannotbereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginal
retailsalesreceipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12. increasesinutilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13. Replacementoflightbulbs,filters,or anyconsumableparts.
14. RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthannormalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesorrecreational
facilities)orcontrarytothe instructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
15. Costsassociatedwithremovalofthe Productfromyourhomeforrepairs.
16. The removalandreinstallationofthe Productif itis installedinaninaccessible
locationorisnotinstalledin accordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17. Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriesto theProduct.Also
excludedare partsbesidesthosethat wereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
