Vanilla wafes
150 g butter
200 g sugar
4 eggs
Vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
250 g. our
1 tsp. Baking soda
1-2 tbsp. milk or cream
Topping: sugar
Mix butter, sugar, eggs salt vanilla sugar, our
and baking soda, mix well – then add milk or
cream.
Cheese wafes
200 g butter
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
200 g our
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 dl Luke water
2 tbsp. Shredded cheese
Paprika
Mix butter, eggs and salt well then add baking
soda, our and luke water in a mix. Finally
add the cheese and paprika for taste.
