PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Before using for the rst time, or after
prolonged storage without use, wash any
parts that will come into contact with food.
USING THE APPLIANCE
• Slot the whisks (8) or dough hooks (7)
into the holes (3) on the appliance until
they click.
o The two whisks are identical and t in
either hole.
o The two hooks are different: The hook
with a ring tted to the top may ONLY
go in the large hole. The hook with no
ring may ONLY go in the small hole.
• Plug in and switch on.
• Switch the appliance on by pressing
the on/off button (e). The appliance will
start. The display (b) will show "5" – the
standard speed.
• Select desired speed (1-8) using the
speed buttons (c).
• Press the Turbo button (d) at any
setting to boost speed. Only use the
Turbo button for a short period at a
time.
• Switch off at the on/off button when
nished mixing or whisking.
• Disconnect from the main before
removing whisks or dough hooks.
Press the eject button (a) on the left of
the handle (4). Press hard. The button
can be stiff.
Storage
• Ensure the appliance is clean and dry
before storing.
• Do not wind the cord around the
appliance.
CLEANING
• Remove the plug from the socket
before cleaning.
• The best way to clean the appliance
is to wipe it with a well-wrung cloth
using hot water and a little detergent.
IMPORTANT! Do not submerge in any
form of liquid.
• Whisks and dough hooks can be
washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
• Do not use any kind of strong or
abrasive cleaning agent on the
appliance or its accessories. Never use
a scouring sponge or similar to clean it,
as the surface may be damaged.

of charge. In some member states you can,
in certain cases, return the used equipment
to the retailer from whom you purchased
it, if you are purchasing new equipment.
