Melissa 643-044 Kitchen Grill User Manual

The large detachable tray (7) is intended
for warming bread. Place the bread on
the tray, and push it into the rails beneath
the hotplate. Check the bread regularly to
avoid burning it.
•Warning! The hotplate itself gets very hot
during use. Touch the handles only (9).
Be careful of spitting oil, fat or other
liquids.
The cooking time depends on the type of
food and its weight and thickness.
•You can interrupt the grilling process at
any time by unplugging the grill, but
remember that the hotplate will not cool
down immediately. Always set the
adjustment button to OFF and unplug the
grill once the food is ready.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always follow the safety measures.
Allow the tabletop grill to cool completely
before cleaning it.
Use a cloth dampened with water and
detergent for external cleaning of the
tabletop grill.
Empty any fat out of the collection tray,
and clean it and the tray for warming
bread with water and a little washing-up
liquid.
Cleaning the hotplate: Only use soft tools
made from plastic or wood for cleaning.
Never use oven cleaner, petroleum-based
solvents or abrasive utensils.
•Warning! The electrical parts must not
come into contact with water!
