please read through these instructions carefully
before using it for the first time. Pay particular
attention to the safety measures. We also re-
commend that you keep the instructions for future
reference, so that you can remind yourself of the

• Incorrectuseofthesandwichtoastermay

sandwich toaster.
• Usethesandwichtoasterforitsintendedpur-
pose only. The manufacturer is not responsible
for any damage resulting from incorrect use or
handling (see also Guarantee Terms).
• Thesandwichtoastermayonlybeconnected
to 230 V.
• Thesandwichtoasterorthecordmustnotbe
placed in water or any other liquid. If you drop
the sandwich toaster in water by accident, or it
gets wet in any other way, you must imme-
diately remove the plug from the socket and
get an authorised repair engineer to examine
the sandwich toaster before you use it again.
It is extremely important that you follow these
instructions, as water in the sandwich toaster
could give rise to fatal electric shocks.
• Nevertrytoopenthecabinetyourselfand
never force objects into it.
• Do not use the sandwich toaster when your
hands are wet, when the floor is wet or when
thesandwichtoasteritselfiswet.Nevertouch

toastercableoranyextensioncord.Neverlift
the sandwich toaster by the cord.

mercial or outdoor use.

The plug should always be removed from the
socket after use or when cleaning.
