Cleaning and heating up for
the first time

Remove any protective foil.

Take all accessories out of the oven.
Wash them in a mild solution of
washing-up liquid and hot water or in
the dishwasher.
The appliance has been treated at the
factory with a conditioning agent.
^ To remove this, clean the oven
interior with a mild solution of
washing-up liquid and hot water and
then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
^ You should then run the 120 °C
Steam with pressure °
programme for 10 minutes to flush
out the waterways. Proceed as
described in "Operation".
