The hot air from the upper heating
element is distributed over the food by
the fan. This enables a lower
temperature than conventional broiling
to be used.
Use this function for:

steak,

lamb
The recommended position is the 2
nd
runner from the bottom.
Always insert the grease filter over
the convection fan in the back of the
oven when using this function.
