containing abrasive substances
such as sand, soda, acids chlorides

"Non-abrasive" cleaning agents are
also unsuitable as they can cause
matt areas to appear.

proprietary conditioning agent for
stainless steel (available from the
Miele Spare Parts Department or via
the internet on www.miele.co. uk).
Do not let water get into the
electronic unit or into the light.
Do not let water get into the
drainage channel and drain hole
when cleaning.
Do not use steam cleaning
apparatus to clean the appliance.
Steam could reach the electrical
components and cause a short
circuit.
The data plate located inside the
appliance must not be removed. It
contains information which is
required in the event of a service
call.
