Automatically switching off a
cooking zone
The rear left w and front left y cooking
zones can be switched off
automatically. This function will only
work if a power setting has been
selected.
Proceed as follows:

Select a power setting for the
relevant cooking zone in the usual
way.

Touch the - or + sensor for the
relevant timer until the required time
shows in the timer display, e.g. 15
minutes.
The time set counts down in minutes.
The time left to run shows in the timer
display. It can be changed at any time
by touching the - or + sensor. The
power setting for the cooking zone can
also be changed at any time.
At the end of the pre-set time the
cooking zone switches off
automatically. A 0 will then appear in
the display for the cooking zone and a
00 in the timer display. At the same time
an audible tone will sound for about 10
seconds. All the zeros will go out after
about 30 seconds.
