Temperature Probe
(11) into the side of the meat.

Press Mode (18) and hold until ‘Plug Prob’ is
displayed or Probe Indicator is illuminated
(19).

Plug the Intelligrill into the mains outlet. Press the
On/Off Button
(12).

Plug the Temperature Probe (11) into the Probe Jack
(9).

Select the desired grilling temperature (15) and
press Enter
(17). The Intelligrill will remember the
desired temperature until it is unplugged.

The selected temperature will flash and the Timer
LCD
(16) will flash ‘PrE’ during preheat. Preheat may
take up to 8 minutes depending on the temperature.
