Cause Remedy
WATER / REFILL Water tank is empty. Refill water
Water level indicator jammed Empty tank, rinse and install again
Tank calcified; water level- Remove tank, de-scale, rinse thoroughly, fill and
indicator jammed install it again
TRAY / EMPTY Capsule container full Take out drip tray and capsule container,
Empty container and tray and install it again
Message does not disappear after Container was removed for less than 8 sec.
the tank was emptied Take out tray for approx. 10 sec. and install it again.
TRAY / NO Tray not engaged properly Install tray correctly
VALVE / OPEN Temperature is above the coffee Machine must be allowed to cool down to coffee
