Mexican Cheese Dip
1
⁄2pound processed cheese 8 ounces salsa
1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Cube cheese and place in ceramic warming center pot. Cover with a
paper towel. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir in salsa
and seasoning, cover with paper towel and place back in microwave
oven for 1 more minute or until heated through completely. Place the
ceramic warming center pot in the warming base and serve with taco
chips or corn chips.
Layered Bean Dip
1
⁄2can refried beans or bean dip
1
⁄2jar salsa
4 ounces guacamole 4 ounces sour cream
1
⁄4cup grated jack or 2 tablespoons black olives, diced
mild cheddar cheese
Layer ceramic warming center pot with ingredients in order listed.
Cover with a paper towel. Cook for 1 minute in the microwave oven.
Place ceramic warming center pot in the warming base and serve with
tortilla or corn chips.
Fiesta Dip
8 ounces canned refried beans
1
⁄2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1
⁄4cup Mexican salsa
1
⁄3 green chili pepper, chopped
(optional)
Combine all ingredients and place in the ceramic warming center pot.
Cover with a paper towel. Cook for 1 minute in the microwave oven.
Stir, cover and microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated
through. Place ceramic warming center pot in the warming base and
serve with tortilla chips or corn chips.

Creamy Spinach Dip
One 4-ounce package 2 tablespoons heavy or
cream cheese, cubed whipping cream
3 tablespoons grated 1 tablespoon diced pimento
parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of finely
1
⁄2teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
chopped onion
pinch thyme pinch garlic salt
4 ounces frozen chopped spinach
(
1
⁄2box, thawed and drained)
Combine cream cheese and whipping cream in greased ceramic
warming center pot. Cover with a paper towel. Cook for 1-2 minutes,
until cheese is melted, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients.
Replace paper towel and cook for an additional minute or until fully
heated through. Serve with raw vegetables, crackers or toasted
baguette rounds.
Hot Artichoke Dip
One 6-ounce jar marinated
1
⁄3cup mayonnaise
artichoke hearts, drained
and chopped 1 tablespoon diced pimento
1
⁄3cup sour cream
1
⁄2cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in the ceramic warming center pot. Cover
with a paper towel. Cook 1-2 minutes or until dip is heated through.
Place ceramic warming center pot in warming base and serve with
tortilla chips.
