1. Reheat 1, 2, 3, 4 servings see page 16.
2. Popcorn 3.5, 3.0 oz see page 13.

3. Potatoes 1, 2, 3, 4 pieces Pierce each potato with a fork 6 times spacing
(6 to 8 oz. each) around surface. Place potato or potatoes
(170 - 225 g) around edge of paper-towel-lined Glass Tray
(Turntable), at least 1 inch (2.5 cm) apart. Do
not cover. Let stand 5 minutes to complete
cooking.
4. Frozen 6, 10, 16 oz. Wash thoroughly, add 1 tbsp. of water per
Vegetables (170, 300, 450 g)

/2 cup of vegetables, and cover with lid or
vented plastic wrap. Do not salt/butter until
after cooking. (Not suitable for vegetables in
butter or sauce.) After 2 beeps, stir or rearrange.
5. Frozen 1, 2, 3 sticks Place frozen garlic bread stick/s on wire rack.
Garlic ( 1-2 oz , each ) A microwave/ heat safe dish can be placed
Bread Stick ( 28 - 56 g ) underneath wire rack to catch oil drippings.
6. Grilled 1 sandwich Place fresh sandwich on wire rack. When
Sandwich Microwave oven beeps, turn sandwich over
using a spatula. Use oven mitts when touching
wire rack.
7. Chicken 4, 6, 8, 10 pcs Place pre-cooked chicken nuggets on wire
Nuggets rack. A microwave/ heat safe dish can be
placed underneath wire rack to catch oil drip
pings.
8. Fried 4, 8, 12 oz Place pre-cooked fried chicken on wire rack. A
Chicken ( 110, 225, 340 g ) microwave/ heat safe dish can be placed
underneath wire rack to catch oil drippings.
When microwave oven beeps, turn chicken
over using tongs. Use oven mitts when
touching wire rack or dish.
