Using the water purier
1
Turn the water selection lever to the desired setting (‘click’).
The water selection lever has 3 settings: ltered spray, unltered spray
and unltered stream. See the sections below.
Do not let water hotter than 50°C run through the water purier, as
this may damage the water purier.
2 Open the tap.
Filtered spray
Select this setting for drinking, washing vegetables or fruits and
for cooking.
1 Turn the water selection lever until the ltered spray symbol is
aligned with the indicator (Fig. 25).
If you lter water between 35°C and 50°C, the water may have an
unpleasant smell. The lter cartridge has absorbed this smell during
ltering, but releases it again if you lter water hotter than 35°C.
Unltered spray
Select this setting for washing dishes and other jobs that require a gentle
water ow.
1 Turn the water selection lever until the unltered spray symbol is
aligned with the indicator (Fig. 26).
Unltered stream
Select this setting for a strong water ow.
1 Turn the water selection lever until the unltered stream symbol is
aligned with the indicator (Fig. 22).
Cleaning
Never use scouring pads, abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids
such as petrol or acetone to clean the water purier. These substances
may cause cracking, discolouration or distortion.
