SHRIMP JAMBALAYA
1 cup long grain white rice

½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon hot sauce

1 pound precooked shrimp,
peeled and deveined
