Cookware that breaks from hot or cold temperatures within ten years from date
of purchase.
FULL TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
PYREX® BRAND GLASS COVERS
Corning promises to replace any PYREX brand glass cover accompanying your
CORNINGWARE® cookware that breaks from heat within two years from date
of purchase.
For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow these use and care instructions.
If breakage occurs, PLEASE KEEP THE PRODUCT. You may be asked to return it.
Accidental breakage from impact is not covered by warranty.
To request a replacement under the terms of the warranty, or if you need additional
information, see locations for consumer inquiries.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary
from state to state.
CORNINGWARE and PYREX are Registered Trademarks of Corning Incorporated; Corning,
New York 14831, used under license.
The bowl incorporated into your slow cooker has been manufactured by Corning
Consumer Products Company using genuine CORNINGWARE glass ceramic material.
Some vessels may have inverted trademark and capacity markings under the
handles. These vessels were manufactured from molds which are also used to
manufacture transparent glass ceramic vessels sold under different brand names.
The trademark and capacity information applicable to this vessel is found in the
enclosed Use and Care brochure. If you have any questions or concerns, please call
our Customer Service Department at 1-800-557-9463.
WARRANTY
This product carries a warranty that it will be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
NOTE: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse or abuse,
lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product,
loss of parts, or subjecting the appliance to any but the specified voltage.
If a malfunction occurs, do not use the unit. Simply return the unit to the store at which it
was purchased.
Sears will repair or replace (at our option) your unit at no charge to you.
