What should I do if I cannot print a document?
❑ Make sure the printer driver supports Windows XP.
Ask the manufacturer of your printer for the driver that supports Windows XP.
❑ The printer port on the multi function bay docking station is internally connected to the USB. Follow these steps to
check the printer port settings:
1 Click Start and then Control Panel.
2 Click Printers and Other Hardware.
3 Click Printers and Faxes.
4 Right-click the printer icon and select Properties.
5 Click the Ports tab.
6 Check if the check box for USB001 is selected. If another check box is selected, click the box for USB001.
7 Click OK.
If the above procedure does not work, right-click the printer icon and select Delete on the window in step 4 above to delete
the printer. Then, install the printer driver once again.
