To set up a dial-up connection to the Internet
1 Click Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, and Communications, and then click New Connection Wizard.
The New Connection Wizard appears.
2 Click Next.
If the Location Information window appears, follow the on-screen instructions.
3 If it is not already selected, click Connect to the Internet and then Next.
4 Follow the on-screen instructions.
