Verify correct gas type.
Gas pressure.
Check gas supply connections.
Internal gas connections.
Internal electrical connections.
Pilots - adjustment and ignition.
Burners - adjustment and ignition.
Thermostat - check for correct calibration - calibrate if necessary.
Check for correct position of flue extension.
Check drain valve for correct operation.
Check frypot for leaks.
Advise user on cleaning procedures.
