vanilla.Stirandaddthedissolved
gelatine.
3. Mixon“LO”speedfor2minutesslowly
increasingto“HI”speed.Leaveon“HI”
speedfor10minutesoruntilthemixture
becomesthickandcreamy.Addafew
dropsofyourfavouritefoodcolouring
(optional).Beatforafurther5-7minutes,
untilmixtureisverystiffandfluffy.

similarwithvegetableoil.
5. Scrapedownsidesofbowloccasionally
duringbeating.
6. Spoonmixtureontoovenslides,spread
evenly.Leavetosetatroomtemperature,
approximately30minutes.

shapesthatthekidswillenjoy.Tossin
cornflour.
