STORAGE
If the unit is to be stored or not used for extended periods:
1. Remove all contents from the unit.
2. Shut off water supply at the main water source.
3. Disconnect the water supply line from the solenoid valve.
4. Disconnect the water line from the solenoid valve outlet and drain
the system of water.
5. Allow the unit to run for one hour or more until all remaining ice
cubes have been ejected from the ice maker assembly.
6. Remove all ice from the ice bucket.
7. Dry out excess water from the ice maker assembly and ice
bucket.
8. Prop the doors open at least 2" to allow for air circulation and
prevent mold and mildew.
9. Disconnect unit from main electrical power source.
10. Leave water supply line and power cord disconnected until ready
to reuse.
NOTE
The use of anti-freeze or other products of this nature is not
necessary and is not recommended.
