tures. The table below shows conven-
tionalcookingtemperatures,‘A’efciency
temperatures and gas marks. For opti-
mum results,
conventional temperatures need to be
convertedto‘A’efciencytemperatures.
For example, an item which would nor-
mally cook at a conventional temperature
of 180 °C, will now cook at the ‘A’ ef-
ciencytemperatureof160°C.
