• Call your dealer or the repair service he
recommends.
• All service should be handled
locally by the dealer from whom
you purchased the unit or an
authorized KitchenAid
servicer.
• If you are unable to obtain the name of a
local authorized KitchenAid servicer, call
our Consumer Assistance Center telephone
number (see Step 1).
3. If you are not satisfied with the
action taken:
• Contact the Major Appliance Consumer
Action Program (MACAP). MACAP is a
group of independent consumer experts
that voices consumer views at the highest
levels of the major appliance industry.
• Contact MACAP only when the dealer,
authorized servicer, and KitchenAid have
failed to resolve your problem.

display), your appliance’s complete
model and serial numbers, and the
