can be set anywhere between HI
and OFF.
Surface Unit Markers
The solid dot in the surface unit
marker shows which surface unit
is turned on by that knob.

Burn and Flre Hazard

Untfl you get used to the settings, use the followlng as a guide.
For best results,
start cooking at the high settings; then turn the control knob down to continue
