Zanussi ZT 6810 Dishwasher User Manual

In this fully integrated appliance the controls are
located on the top of the door. When selecting a
programme, the door needs to be partially opened.
Audible signals have been introduced to help indicate
which operations the dishwasher is performing.
Short signal - "Instruction accepted"
When any of the buttons are pressed, a short audible
signal informs you that the machine has accepted the
instruction given; if no signal is heard when a button
is pressed, this means that a programme is already
running or that the programme selected does not
include this function.
Long signal - "Programme run"
A continuous audible signal lasting about half second,
heard only when you close the dishwasher door,
informs you that the washing programme is starting.
Intermittent signal - "End of programme"
A short intermittent audible signal informs you that
the wash programme has ended.
Intermittent signal - "Alarm"
The machine is fitted with a number of alarm systems
to help you to determine the cause of any problems
(see "Something not working").
An intermittent audible signal lasting about 15
seconds informs you that an alarm is activated.
To deactivate these audible signals (except the alarm
signal).
Both operations (to deactivate or reactivate the
audible signals) must be carried out before
selecting/starting a washing programme).
Press both "Programme selector" and "Economy dry"
buttons together for about 3 seconds (until you hear
an intermittent audible signal lasting about 3
seconds).
After this operation the audible signals are
deactivated.
To reactivate the audible signals
Press both buttons together again for about 3 seconds
until an intermittent audible signal informs you that
the audible signals are now reactivated.
1. On/Off pushbutton
Press this button to preset the dishwasher to accept
settings (selection of a wash programme, economy
drying, etc.).
The number corresponding to the last programme
selected appears in the digital display; if salt or rinse
aid need refilling the corresponding indicator light
will illuminate.
When the washing programme has finished, the
machine stops automatically (a short intermittent
audible signal informs you of this) and three flashing
horizontal lines (---) will appear in the digital display
to indicate the end of the cycle.
To switch off the dishwasher at the end of the
programme, press this button again.
