Removing the fairing
Some servicing operations need the motorcycle fairing to
be removed.
Warning
Firmly secure all removed parts when refitting
them, otherwise some of them might suddenly come off
when riding and you may lose control of your motorcycle.
Important
At reassembly always fit nylon washers when
tightening fastening screws, not to damage painted parts
and Plexiglas headlamp fairing. Some fastening screws
are of the self-tapping type; do not overtighten,
otherwise threading might damage thus avoiding further
use.

Remove the fairings by removing:
the three couplings (1) on the right and left side of the
under fairing;
disconnect the four headlamp fairing couplings (2);
disconnect the four frame couplings (3).
