plug or any other part of appliances in water:
Only clean the appliance using a damp cloth.
Remember this is an electrical appliance.
To disconnect, turn any control to “off”, then
remove plug from wall outlet.
To protect against fire, electric shock and injury
to persons do not immerse cord or plugs in
water or other liquid.
When the appliance is plugged into the electrical
socket and whilst switched on never place hands
into the bread toasting slots.
Do not insert foil-covered, oversized foods or
utensils into the toaster as they may involve a
risk of fire or electric shock.
Never insert sharp or abrasive objects into the
slots, as this will cause damage.
The sides of the toaster and the areas
surrounding the bread slots become very hot
during use: operating the toaster should be
carried out touching only the plastic button and
handles.
– Do not cover the appliance while it is in use.
Do not wrap the mains cord around the body
of the toaster during or after use. The cord
storage facility is located on the underside of
the toaster.
A fire may occur if toasters are covered or
touching flam-mable material, including
curtains, draperies, wall, and the like, when in
operation.
Do not attempt to dislodge food when toaster is
plugged in.
The bread may burn, therefore do not use the
toaster near or below combustible material,
such as curtains. The toaster should be attended
when in use.
The appliances are not intended to be operated
by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system.
