CALIBRATING THE DISPENSER
Pump Cal. Procedure
Set PRIME-NORMAL-RINSE switch
to PRIME position. Place Graduated
Cylinder under dispense tip. Press and
hold Dispense Switch until pump stops
(20 sec) Refer to Calibration Procedure.
NOTE: The LCA/LCR-1 is calibrated at the factory and does not normally need to be re-calibrated. Open the
dispenser door to access the digital Programming Switches with LED display. To enter the Calibration Mode, Set
the RUN/NIGHT/PROGRAM Switch to the PROGRAM position and then hold both Up and Down Arrow switches
until “1 r u n” appears of the display, (approx 15 sec).
Pump Cal. # Enter mL collected from the 20 sec.
test above.
Default = 22
Range = 18 - 26mL
Water Flow Rate Set PRIME-NORMAL-RINSE switch
