Italian Dressing
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:

⁄2 cups olive oil
1
⁄3 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced fresh garlic
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
2 tsp. minced fresh oregano
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 tbsp. minced fresh onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2. Blend for 15 seconds until blended.
Orange-Pineapple Milk Shake
Serves: 1
Ingredients:

⁄3 cup orange juice

⁄3 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup vanilla ice cream

⁄3 cup cold milk
Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for about 20-30 seconds or until
well mixed and creamy.
Creamy French Salad Dressing
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:

⁄3 cups salad dressing/mayonnaise

⁄2 cup tomato catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

⁄4 cup cider vinegar
1
⁄4 cup salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for about 15 seconds or until
well blended.
Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:

⁄2 cup cider vinegar
1
⁄2 cup vegetable oil (not olive)
1
⁄2 cup honey
3 tbsp. dijon mustard
Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for 15 seconds or until
well blended.
Cappuccino Cooler
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. instant espresso coffee powder
dissolved in 2 tbsp. hot water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1
⁄2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Method:
1.Combine all ingredients in the blender.
2.Blend for 20-30 seconds until well
mixed and creamy.
3.Pour into a tall glass and garnish with
a dash of cocoa powder or a grating
of fresh nutmeg.
