The oven shelf supports have
not been removed
Remove oven shelf support
The oven door is locked Appliance is not connected
to the electricity; door lock is
activated
Connect the appliance to the
electrical supply and wait at
least 10 seconds until the red
temperature pilot light goes
out

E020 (when operating nor-
