Safety during use

• Thereistheriskofburnsfromthe
appliance if used carelessly.

appliance or hot cookware.
• Overheatedfatsandoilscanignitevery
quickly.Warning!Firehazard!

30cmfrominductioncookingzones
that are switched on.

How to avoid damage to the appliance
• Theglassceramicandsurrounding
Corian
®
frame can be damaged by
objects falling onto them.
• Theedgeoftheglassceramicand
surrounding Corian

frame can also
be damaged by being knocked by the
cookware.
• Cookwaremadeofcastiron,cast
aluminium or with damaged bottoms
can scratch the glass ceramic and
surrounding Corian
®
frame if pushed
across the surface.
• Beforespillagecanbecomeburntonto
the cooking surface, remove it with a
damp cloth.
• Donotusethecookingzoneswith
empty cookware or without cookware.
• Toavoiddamagingcookwareandglass
ceramics, do not allow saucepans or
frying pans to boil dry.
• Theventilationgapof5mmbetween
the worktop and front of the unit
underneath it must not be covered.
