The ovendoor is removable,
butit is heavy.Youmayneed
helpremovingandreplacing
thedoor.Donotliftthe doorby
thehandle.Thiscancausethe
glassto breakorcm cause
damageto thedoor.
Toremove the door, openit a
fewinchesto the specialstop
positionthatwillholdthedoor
open.Graspfirmlyoneachside
andliftthedoorstraightup and
offthehinges.
NOTE:
Becarefulnotto placehandsbetweenthehinge
andtheovendoorframeas thehingecouldsnap
backandpinchfingers.
Whileworkinginthe ovenarea,coverthehinges
withtowelsor emptypapertowelrollsto prevent
pinchedfingersandchippingtheporcelainenamel
ontheframe.
Toreplace the door,makesurethehingesarein the
specialstopposition.Positionthe slotsin thebottom
of thedoorsquarelyoverthehinges.Thenlowerthe
doorslowlyandevenlyoverbothhingesat thesame
time,If hingessnapbackagainsttheovenframe,pull
thembackout.
TOCLEANTHEDOOR:
Insideofthe door:
Becausetheareainsidethegasketis cleanedduring
theselfcleancycle,youdo notneedto cleanthisby
hand.Anysoaplefton thelinercausesadditional
stainswhentheovenis heated.
Theareaoutsidethegasketcanbe cleanedwitha
soap-filledscouringpad.
Donotrub or cleanthedoorgasket—thefiberglass
materialof thegaskethasan extremelylow
resistancetoabrasion.An intactandwell-fitting
ovendoorgasketis essentialfor energy-efficient
ovenoperationandgoodbakingresults.If you
noticethegasketbecomingworn,frayedor damaged
in anywayor if it hasbecomedisplacedonthedoor,
youshouldhaveit replaced.
NOTE: Thegasketisdesignedwitha gapat the
bottomto allowforproperaircirculation.

Usesoapand waterto thoroughlycleanthetop,
sidesandfrontof theovendoor.Rinsewell.You
mayalsouse a glasscleanerto cleantheglasson
outsideofthe door.
Spillageof marinades,fruitjuices,tomatosauces
andbastingmaterialscontainingacidsmaycause
discolorationandshouldbe wipedup immediately.
Whensurfaceis cool,cleanandrinse.
Do not use ovencleaners, cleansingpowders or
harsh abrasives on theoufiideof the door.

Soapandwaterwillnormallydo thejob. Heavy
spatteringor spilloversmayrequirecleaningwitha
mildabrasivecleaner.Soapy,wetmetalpadsmay
alsobe used.Do notallowfoodspillswitha high
sugaror acidcontent(suchas milk,tomatoes,
sauerkraut,fruitjuicesor piefilling)to remainon
the surface.Theymaycausea dullspotevenafter
cleaning.
If necessary,youmayuse anovencleaner.
Followthepackagedirections.

non-scratchingcleaneranda dampcloth.
