glass cooktop surfilce when it is not in use.
• Always turn off the surface unit controls
betore removing the cookware.
• Glass and ceramic cookware is not
recommended for use with wmr radiant
ceramic glass cooktop.

medimn-high heat settings.
• When preparing flaming toods trader the

• Spilled or burnt-on flmds may cause
accidental actiw_tion or deactiw_tion of the
keypad, Clean the keypad thoroughly and
controls will resmne normal operation.
• Foods fi_r fl'ying should be as d_y as possible.
Frost on fl'ozen fi)ods or moisture on fl'esh
fi)ods can cause hot tht to bubble up and
over the sides of the pan.
• Use little tht ti)r effective shallow or deep-tat
flTing. Filling the pan too flfll of tat can cause
spillovers when tood is added.
• Use a deep-tat thermometer whenever
possible to prevent overheating tat beyond
the smoking point.
• Never heat tmopened ti)od containers.

• Never leaveja_ or cans of tat drippings on

• If a combination of oils or thts will be used
in fl'ying, stir together betore heating, or as
lilts melt slowly.
