Pull Unicouple and its hoses completely out from storage compartment located at rear of dishwasher
and attach it to the faucet adapter.
Turn water fully on before starting the dishwasher.

Turn off the water.
Release the water pressure by depressing the pressure release button. This relieveswaterpressure and protects you, and the
room, from severe splashing.
Release Unicouple from faucet by depressing the collar at the top of the Unicouple connector.

Remove the power cord plug from the wall receptacle.
Disconnect Unicouple from faucet adapter.

If faucet has not threads: attach the faucet adapter to faucet, then tightenevery screw
of the adapter. To prevent leaking your should tighten the adapter.

Attach the Unicouple connector to the faucet adapter by depressing the collaratthetopoftheconnector.
When Unicouple is all the way up onto the adapter, release the collar. It willthensnapIntopositionto
lock the Unicouple in place. The Unicouple s small hose carries water from the faucet to the dishwasher.
Its large hose carries drain water to the sink. Be sure Unicouple is pointing toward the sink bowl drain
opening and the sink drain is open for water that will drain from your dishwasher. If your dishwasher
drains into a disposer, operate the disposer until it is completely empty before starting the dishwasher.

A hose that attaches to asink spray canburstif it is installed onthe samewater line asthe dishwasher. If your sink has one, itis
recommended thet the hose be disconnectedandthe hole plugged.
Fusedelectrical supply isrequired-copper wire only.Timedelay fuse orcircuit breaker recommended and provide separate
circuitserving only this appliance. Outlet should be placed in adjacent cabinet.
Make sure that the plug on the appliance remains accessible after installation.
Aftermaking sure that the voltageandthe frequency valuesfor the current inthe home
correspondtothose on the rating plate andthatthe electrical system is sized for the
maximum voltage on therating plate,insert theplug intoan electrical socket which is
earthedproperly. If the electrical socket to which the appliance must be connected is not
appropriate for the ,replace the socket ,ratherthan
using aadaptors or the like as they could cause overheating and burns.

The appliance must be connected to the water mains usingnewhose-sets.
The old hose-sets should notbe reused.
