Switch off the appliance.
Allow the appliance to cool down. Insert the
brewing sieve into the brewing head again
and push the “Perfect Froth” onto the steam
nozzle.
(Always check if machine is plugged in and
if machine is in the proper ON position.)
Problem:

leaking from filter holder.

Filter holder not properly inserted.
Filter holder not pushed in far enough.
