Using Your Electric Knife (Continued)

MAXEK2 Electric Knife comes with 2 blade sets. The
universal blades are suitable for cutting a wide range of foods, such
as: cooked meats, breads, fruits, vegetables or crusty foods. Use the
frozen food blades to cut through frozen foods.
1. Carefully remove all packaging materials before using.
2. Make sure the Knife is unplugged.
3. Choose either the frozen food blades or universal blade set.
4. Attach the two blades together by inserting the knob on one
blade into the keyhole slot on the other and sliding them
together. (See Figure 2.)
5. Put the protective sleeve on the blades, carefully grasp the
blades, serrated side down, at the drip guards. Push into
position until both blades click into place.

6. Remove the protective sleeve from blades and save for storage
of blades.
7. Plug into a 120 V ~ 60 Hz outlet.
8. To slice, press the thumb-tip POWER button. (See Figure 1.)
When you release the button, the Knife will stop.
