When broiling (all Broil functions),
insert the grease filter in front of the
fan opening.
No default temperature
Only the inner part of the upper heating
element is used for a smaller area of
intense heat from above. This function
is excellent for broiling or searing small
quantities.
Use this function for:
– chops, ribs,
– small quantities of meat,
– browning small dishes.
The recommended position is the 3
rd
runner from the bottom.
