Frozen Foods
Where possible refer to the packet
instructions for cooking guide.
Do not exceed 400g when cooking
frozen food. Size and shape of the food
usually determines a smaller weight.
In general frozen food requires a high
cooking temperature.
For fresh food keep a check on the frying
process, check that the food is completely
cooked before eating.
Generally a crispy browned outer surface
is an indication that the food is cooked.
It is advised that all fish cooked should be
between 12mm/

” and 25mm/1” in
thickness.
