Why does the indicator LED not
burn?
Check whether you have inserted the plug into a wall socket
properly.
Perhaps you try to run the appliance at the wrong voltage.
This appliance operates at mains voltages between 220 and
240 volts
Why does the indicator LED
blink red while the appliance
beeps?
Press the control knob to interrupt the process and check the
water level in the base. Rell the base if necessary.
Why does the base overow? You have poured too much water into the base. Stick to the
quantities mentioned in the temperature overview.
Why is the temperature of the
milk too low after heating up?
You have selected a too low setting for the quantity of milk
you want to warm. Switch on the appliance briey again to
warm the milk to the required temperature. Select a higher
setting next time.
Why is the temperature of the
milk too high after heating up?
You have selected a too high setting for the quantity of milk
you want to warm or you left the bottle in the appliance too
long. Select a lower setting next time and/or remove the
bottle immediately after the process has ended.
Why are the contents of the jar
not warm enough after heating
up
Make sure the control knob has been set to
n.
Stir the contents of the jar after heating up.
Perhaps you tried to heat a jar that contains more than 150g
baby food.
Why are vegetables/fruit still not
steamed properly after steaming?
You may have put too much in the steaming bowl. Decrease
the quantity of vegetables or fruit.
You may have selected a too short steaming time. Switch on
the appliance again to complete the steaming process.
Why does the food not defrost
properly?
Decrease the amount of food in the steaming bowl or select
a longer steaming time.
Why are there white spots in the
bowl, the container and/or the
steaming bowl?
These white spots are scale. To remove them, follow the
instructions in chapter ‘Descaling’.
