(Canada)Limiteddoing businessasJarden ConsumerSolutions(collectively“JCS”)warrantsthatfora periodof one
year fromthedateofpurchase, this productwillbefreefromdefectsin materialandworkmanship.JCS,atitsoption,
will repair orreplacethisproductor anycomponentoftheproductfoundtobe defective duringthe warrantyperiod.
Replacementwillbemadewitha neworremanufacturedproductor component.If theproductis nolonger available,
replacementmaybe made withasimilar productofequalorgreater value.Thisis your exclusive warranty.DoNOT
attempttorepairoradjust anyelectrical ormechanical functions onthisproduct.Doingsowillvoidthis warranty.
This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of initial retail purchase and is not transferable.
Keep the original sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty performance. JCS dealers, service
centers, or retail stores selling JCS products do not have the right to alter, modify or any way change the terms
and conditions of this warranty.
Thiswarranty does not covernormal wear of partsor damage resultingfrom any of the following:negligentuse or
misuseof the product, useon impropervoltageor current, use contrary to theoperating instructions, disassembly,
repairor alterationby anyone other than JCSor an authorized JCS service center.Further, the warrantydoes not
cover:Acts of God, such as fire,flood, hurricanesand tornadoes.
WhatarethelimitsonJCS’sLiability?
JCSshallnotbeliablefor any incidentalorconsequentialdamagescausedbythebreachofanyexpress,impliedor
statutorywarranty orcondition.
Excepttotheextent prohibitedbyapplicable law,anyimpliedwarrantyorconditionofmerchantabilityorfitnessfor a
particularpurposeislimitedinduration tothedurationoftheabovewarranty.
JCSdisclaimsall otherwarranties, conditionsorrepresentations,express,implied, statutoryorotherwise.
JCSshallnotbeliablefor any damages ofanykindresultingfromthe purchase,use ormisuseof, orinabilitytousethe
product includingincidental,special,consequentialorsimilar damagesor lossofprofits,orforanybreachofcontract,
fundamentalor otherwise,orforany claimbroughtagainstpurchaserbyanyotherparty.
Someprovinces,statesorjurisdictionsdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamages
orlimitations onhow longan implied warrantylasts,sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionmay notapplytoyou.
