1 Turn pan handles inward, but not over
other surface burners. This will help
reduce the chance of bums, igniting of
flammable materials, and spills due to
bumping of the pan.
b Do not use decorative covers or trivets
over the surface burners.
When using the oven
D Always position the oven rack(s) in
desired location while oven is cool.
b Use care when opening oven door. Let
hot air or steam escape before removing
or replacing food.
Grease
b Grease is flammable. Do not allow
grease to collect around cooktop or in
vents. Wipe spillovers immediately.
