Descaling cycle is now
complete and the machine
can be used to brew products.
If the water tank is not  lled
up to the MAX level during
descaling cycle phases, the machine
could prompt to dispense more water.
Remove the descaling liquids from the
drip tray.
The descaling solution is to
be disposed of according
to the manufacturer’s instructions
and/or the regulations in force in the
country of use.
After completing the
descaling cycle, wash the
brew group as described in the "Brew
Group" section in the "Cleaning and
Maintenance" chapter.
Reassemble the external part of the
Pannarello (if any).

The icon indicates that the water tank
must be rinsed and  lled.
Rinse the water tank thoroughly
and  ll it again with fresh drinking
water up to the MAX level.
When inserting the water tank again
in the machine, the icon on the side is
displayed. Press the "
" button to
quit the descaling cycle.
The machine automatically
restarts performing the operations
required for a correct start-up; at
the end of this process, products
can be brewed.
Note: at the end of the
descaling cycle, the "Intenza"
 lter (removed from the water tank
at the beginning of the cycle) can be
installed back.
After installing the filter, before
brewing coffee, dispense a cup of
water using the hot water function
(see section "Hot Water Dispensing").
If a new "Intenza"  lter is installed
perform the procedure described in
the section "INTENZA Water Filter".
