4.5 Humidified fan-mode cooking
(5 programs which the user can edit for humidified fan-mode cooking as
preferred, from P4 to P8).
These programs, for editing by the user, allow the oven to be programmed
to perform a cooking procedure with the parameters listed below set to
requirements.
4.6 Editing a program
The user-editable programs are programs P4 to P8
A number of parameters can be edited for each program:
• preheating temperature [Uprh]: User pre heating
• cooking temperature [U t°C]: User heating
• cooking temperature [U Ct]: User cooking time
• n. of seconds of steam of cooking chamber per minute [H
2
O]
To edit a program by entering the parameters as you prefer, turn the knob
to one of the programs from P4 to P8.
The display shows "- - - - " to indicate that there are no cooking
parameters present. Keep STOP pressed for 2 seconds.
The display shows UprH
Press START to display the pre-heating temperature.
Each time START is pressed the temperature increments by 1°C (from
50° to 250°), or hold START down for faster increments.
Press STOP to move on to displayng the next parameter.
The display shows U t°C.
Press START to display the cooking temperature.
Press START or keep it pressed to increase the cooking temperature
(from 50° to 250°).
Press STOP to move on to displaying the next parameter
The display shows U Ct.
Press START to display the cooking time.
Press START or keep it pressed to increase the cooking time (from 1 min.
to 99 min.).
Press STOP to move on to displaying the next parameter
The display shows H
2
O.
Press START to increase the number of seconds of water infeed per
minute (from 0 to 5 where 0 means conventional fan-mode cooking
without the aid of humidification).
Press STOP to complete the editing operation.
The display shows UEnd.
The parameters set are now saved in the chosen program.
Press START to display the parameters just set.
Press START again to run the program just edited.
