2teaspoonsvanillaessence
1.Combineingredientsinalargemixingbowl
andmixwell.

chilled.
3.Positiontheicecreammakerasdirected
onpages5-6.Turnuniton;addmixture
throughthepouringhole.
4.Whenmixturehasthickenedandreaches
thetopofthepaddle,theicecreamis
completelypreparedandtheicecream
makershouldbeturnedoff.Toavoidthe
motoroverheating,theicecreammaker
mayturnitselfoffwhenthemixturehas

3.Sugarsyrupwillkeepforseveralweeks
storedinanairtightcontainerinthe
refrigerator.
